Foster Foundation Repair is a locally owned and operated small business founded by Brett Hodgdon, a professional engineer, and Amber Hodgdon, president of the company. As president of Foster Foundation Repair, Amber oversees all aspects of general administration to ensure efficient, effective operations across the company. Whether scheduling jobs and appointments, sending contracts, managing invoices or handling payroll and human resources, Amber is dedicated to upholding the values that drive our work and guide the way we do business.
Brett Hodgdon, P.E.
Vice President & Co-Owner
Brett is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), contractor, and home inspector who has been serving customers for over 15 years. Since 2007, Brett has completed thousands of home inspections, and developed hundreds of structural designs for various foundation and framing repairs. In addition to providing Foster Foundation Repair’s engineering services in West Virginia, Brett oversees all field operations for the business.
Jacob Shrewsbury
Construction Operations Manager
Jacob brings nearly a decade of experience in both residential and commercial construction. With experience overseeing projects ranging from $5,000 to $14 million, Jacob is known for his problem solving skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. In addition to overseeing construction projects from start to finish, Jacob plays a crucial role in managing personnel to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are met.
